- Experience developing and employing functional and non-function requirements artifacts (Use Cases, Epics, Features, User Stories, Requirements Definition, Process Definitions, User Interface Wireframes, Data Dictionaries, Field Level Mappings for Data Integration to and from Salesforce and custom applications)
- Experience with Agile Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Methodology
