Panakeia, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to provide support to our local Veterans and our field team as they provide home oxygen services. The perfect candidate will be customer service oriented with the ability to develop positive, supportive relationships with co-workers, patients/clients, their family and caregiver and our vendors. We are looking for an individual who wants to be part of and grow with our company.

Essential Functions:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is essential to branch performance. The CSR is responsible for answering phones, providing customer support, scheduling, data entry and other administrative duties related to branch operations, patient requests, and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solver who can multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, etc.

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare and administrative record management
  • 1 year Home Health Care and/or Durable Medical Equipment experience - Preferred
  • Prior experience with Patient and/or Route Scheduling - Preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, some college - Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
