Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 10:00am-6:00pm & every other Saturday 10:00am-3:00pm
- Onsite in Reston, VA

Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for increasing sales by converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business
- Confirming booked appointments with potential customers
- Collecting key information and setting customer expectations
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
- Entering all relevant customer data into the CRM
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Staying informed about competing products and services
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma and reliable transportation
- 1-3 years experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing - roofing or solar sales preferred
- Must be able to learn and then educate customers on the field of roofing sales, or solar sales
- Ability to work in a sedentary role, mainly at a computer and on the phone for the majority of the shift in our Reston, VA office
- Student mentality, leadership skills and desire to learn and then train
