Panda Exteriors is a premier roofing and exterior services company serving the Mid-Atlantic Region. We are currently expanding rapidly and looking for a savvy, focused and goal-oriented Director of Finance to join the Panda family!
The ideal candidate is a sharp, fiscally minded individual with the right credentials in both education and experience. As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the overall management of the accounting department as well as the production of the daily and monthly management reports and financial statement.

Responsibilities:
- Forecast facility financial results monthly
- Lead annual budgeting process and related ongoing variance analysis
- Design and implement KPI dashboards; perform monthly variance analysis
- Lead and implement EOS for accounting / finance team
- Prepare and lead monthly presentations of financial results to Corporate Management
- Prepare ROI analyses associated with material capital spending requests
- Design and implement internal controls and procedures related to operational activities.
- Build / lead internal accounting / finance team
- Work with plant leadership team to identify and drive opportunities that will fuel plant growth, efficiency, and profitability
Qualifications - Required:
- Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance or business
- Willing to submit to a background check
- Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills
- 10 years financial management accounting experience
- Strong general ledger and month-end reporting experience
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications - Preferred:
- Knowledge of tax (payroll, sales & use, federal corporate and state income tax)
- Public accounting experience is preferred
- Prior education and manufacturing/distribution background
- Proficient with QuickBooks online
- Proficient with Excel
- Experience with AccuLynx
