Human Resource Manager
Summary:
Panelmatic is a well-established manufacturer of control panels, relay panels, and integrated control buildings in North America. We are looking for the right candidate to fit into our dynamic team. Duties & Responsibilities:
· Partner with leadership team to develop and deliver HR strategy that align with the overall business direction and initiatives
· Create, refine, and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws
· Manage and enhance employee benefits including, but not limited to, compensation, 401k, health insurance, expenses, and vacation
· Lead talent acquisition process including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
· Build strong relationships with third party administrators and external suppliers
· Investigate and resolve any employee issues in a confidential and ethical manner
· Develop training materials or programs to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
· Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
· Handle employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
· Supervisor HR team to ensure payrolls and benefits are completed
· Assist in 401k and ESOP annual audits
· Participate and manage yearly employee reviews and raises
· Perform other duties as assigned
Competencies:
· Required:
o 7 years of human resources leadership experience
o Excellent organizational and planning skills
o Exceptional communication, writing, negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
o Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
o Ability to act ethical, professional, and confidential
o Intermediate Microsoft Office competencies
o Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HR and talent management systems
· Preferred:
o Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
o Experience with Paylocity payroll system
