What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gift Boutique Manager position at Pangea?
Located in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs, we are an award-winning gift, home goods and stationery boutique. We are now hiring a manager!
Daily responsibilities include:
-Opening and closing the boutique
-Ringing up sales, restocking merchandise
-Unpacking and ticketing new merchandise
-Assisting our loyal and friendly customers to help them find the perfect gift or item to add to their home
Must be familiar with using an iPad, be a quick learner and able to troubleshoot on the iPad software
Must have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with customers
Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Retail experience preferred
Experience with Square POS is preferred
