- Become the Active Directory and Azure AD master: Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions like a pro. Hybrid environment? Bring it on!
- Own your Microsoft 365 kingdom: Supercharge user and exchange management to boost productivity and collaboration. Zoom Phones too? You'll be the maestro.
- Troubleshooting hero: Conquer technical issues, resolve user requests with clarity and care, and minimize downtime like a superhero.
- Desktop whiz: Fix Windows 10/11 problems in a flash, keeping users productive and happy. Printer or copier blues? No worries, you've got it!
- New hire buddy: Welcome new team members, help them get equipped, and keep track of our IT gear.
- Virtualization virtuoso: Manage the VMware vCenter environment, making sure virtual machines run smooth and efficient.
- Team player extraordinaire: Work with colleagues across the company to find IT solutions that power our success.
- Network navigator: Understand networking basics, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and collaborate with network teams when needed.
- Security champion: Ensure compliance with industry standards and manage security applications like a pro.

We're looking for someone with:
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or something similar (or experience that rocks!)
- Experience managing VMware vCenter and virtualization magic
- Top-notch Windows 10/11 desktop support skills
- A solid understanding of networking basics and troubleshooting
- Active Directory and Azure AD expertise
- Microsoft 365 management skills, especially user and exchange
- Problem-solving superpowers with a user-first approach
- Communication skills that make even the geekiest stuff clear
- Organization and attention to detail to handle anything
Bonus points if you have:
- Microsoft SQL DB knowledge
- Familiarity with Fortinet FortiGates and FortiSwitches
- Meraki Access Point know-how
- Industry certifications like CompTIA A , Microsoft 365 certifications, or VMware certifications
