The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the credentialing, re-credentialing and privileging process for all Physicians and Physician Assistants at Panorama. He or she will be responsible for ensuring all necessary documents, applications and signatures are completed accurately and timely with all required organizations, including hospitals, patient care facilities, health plans, boards and licensing entities. This role will maintain all required documents, such as licenses, certificates, and malpractice coverage confidentially, and will track expiration dates to ensure no lapse in any required coverage or documentation. He or she will also audit health plan directories for current and accurate provider information.
