This position performs duties of a Property Manager within the Property and Fleet Management Department reporting to Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization for Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC site, for Pantex. The selected candidate will be responsible for the lifecycle management of Government personal property.
Essential Job Duties
- Performs subcontract property oversight responsibilities, including risk mitigation and recommendation of corrective action plans when appropriate.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, including scheduling with affected company management personnel.
- Prepares reports concerning the status, allocation, utilization, excess, and other metrics related to the management of government property.
- Conducts on/off site property inventories and reviews to ensure government property is appropriately accounted-for and safeguarded.
- Assists supply chain personnel with planning and storage of equipment held for future use projects.
- Participates in surplus property walk-downs and provides disposition guidance to ensure records are appropriately closed.
- Serves as the Pantex Precious Metals Officer to ensure strict control and accountability of precious metals.
- Reviews and revises departmental procedures to ensure compliance with appropriate federal regulations.
- Responsible for the processing of excess personal property, including the reuse/reutilization, sales, recycle, transfers, and retirements.
- Assist customers through PATS email Service Center.
- Assist Fleet customers, on their fuel cards, and vehicle maintenance requests.
- Support Fleet and Property Surveillances and Management Assessments.
- Serve as the User POC for PATS HANA Software Team with Functional Lead role.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues pertaining to software.
- Create user stories for system programmers.
- Test solutions and document processes.
- Ability to Create Software Change Requests (SCRs), create Change Requests (CABs).
- Create test plans, perform tests and document software improvements performed.
- Create V-RELs for software transport approvals.
- Support annual Support Pack Testing.
- Maintain Software User Roles and User access/SAP T-codes with annual eCATT testing.
- Maintain ZKSYSMAIL, ZIPARMS and ZI_EMAIL_DEF entries within PATS HANA.
- Create annual inventory, analyze data for software import/exports.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager, Supervisor or Lead.

- Bachelor's degree and minimum five (5) years of relevant experience.
- OR Thirteen (13) or more years of education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting.

- Must be knowledgeable in SAP and poses excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Individual will interact effectively with all levels of Pantex personnel and management as well as internal & external customers.
- Position requires excellent computer skills with specific work experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, and Access).
- Requires a knowledge of Supply Chain Procedures, Governmental Regulations, as well as other CNS factors that may impact the accountability and security of Government property. Must be proficient in managing personnel, organizing inventory campaigns, and meeting customer schedule-driven timelines.
- Supply Chain, Property Management, and/or Project Management certifications are a plus.
- Relevant experience working directly with Government property, contracts, procurement, shipping & receiving, production, engineering maintenance or projects.
- Financial background and training also preferred.
- Certifications within National Property Management Association (NPMA) preferred.
