Position Overview
We are seeking a Process QA Analyst to ensure the quality and effectiveness of HR process modernization initiatives. The role involves requirement analysis, test planning, execution, and reporting. Previous Salesforce-related process reengineering experience is required, with government experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Understand project goals and desired outcomes of HR process modernization.
- Review functional and non-functional requirements to ensure they are well-defined and achievable.
- Determine the scope of testing activities based on project requirements.
- Develop a comprehensive test strategy outlining the approach, objectives, and resources required for testing.
- Develop detailed test cases to cover all aspects of HR processes and systems.
- Prioritize test cases based on risk and criticality.
- Set up a testing environment that accurately reflects the production environment.
- Load relevant test data into the system to simulate real-world scenarios.
- Execute test cases according to the test plan and documented procedures.
- Record test results, including defects, issues, and pass/fail criteria.
- Retest defects after they have been fixed to ensure resolution.
- Report defects to the development team using a defect tracking system.
- Monitor the status of defects and ensure they are resolved within agreed-upon timelines.
- Verify that defects have been fixed correctly.
- Perform load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing to evaluate system performance under various conditions.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance system performance.
- Conduct testing to evaluate factors such as security, usability, accessibility, and compatibility.
- Identify and address any issues related to non-functional requirements.
- Identify suitable test cases for automation.
- Create automated test scripts using appropriate tools.
- Run automated tests to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Generate comprehensive test reports summarizing test activities, results, and defects.
- Communicate test results to stakeholders, including project managers, development teams, and business users.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in process reengineering, particularly with Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Government experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in test automation tools.
- Experience with project management and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with government regulations and compliance requirements.
Clearance Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
