Job Role: Heat Treat Operator

Location: Milford, CT

Duration: Contract

Description -Processing (Solution, Age, Anneal, etc.)

· -Record keeping/control of Heat Treat Documents

· -Review all HT operations before processing. Address any issues.

· -Scheduling Control, all internal and external W/O's

· -Audits (NADCAP, Boeing, SIK, etc.), Participation, review, and consulting

· -Point of Contact with all Outside Heat Treat customers

· -Shipping all Outside Heat Treat

· -Consulting on Heat Treat both internally and externally, Regards to specifications, requirements

· -Work with QA (AMS 2750) to resolve any issues to ensure compliance of HT equipment, procedures

· and calibration, etc.

· -Maintenance of all Heat Treat Dept. equipment.

· -Working Knowledge of AMS 2750. AMS 2770, AMS 2658, BAC 5602, BAC 5946 & other

· Specifications associated with Heat Treat & Temper to Keep Heat Treat Dept. and processes.

· compliant to specifications & work instructions.

· -Co-ordinate Oven Surveys

· -SAT

Inspection:

· Hardness/Conductivity Inspection, BAC & AMS

· Review all Temper specification and operations. Address any issues.

· Certification of all Parts inspected

· Scheduling Control

Salary: $21.82 - $26.27 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Salary : $22 - $26
