Panzura is seeking an Office Coordinator for our Employee Experience & Facilities team at our San Jose office. As part of the Employee Experience & Facilities team you will work with team members to fulfill our team’s mission, “We Help Make Your Workplace Awesome.”
In this role you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment in the office. This includes greeting all employees, clients and visitors. You will be responsible for accepting mail and deliveries, assisting employees and guests with questions, and assisting customers that may also walk-in.
You will work with the Director of Corporate Services to create and foster a positive and productive culture in the office, incorporating Panzura’s core values into the office culture. You will do this through company sponsored events, helping to manage in-office employee perks, programs, and offerings while maintaining a safe and fun workplace, and much more.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in employee engagement, office operations and logistics. The Office Coordinator role is an in-office position supporting office operations.

Responsibilities: *
- Provide top-notch customer service for employees and visitors by greeting them warmly, answering questions, and assisting with requests.
- Be the first point of contact in the office welcoming visitors, accepting mail and packages, ensuring that the office space and kitchen are organized, clean and maintaining stock levels of supplies.
- Open and scan all inbound mail to the specific department daily.
- Partner with the Director of Corporate Services to triage and close out employee requests and queries.
- Ensure that the office supply areas, parents’ rooms, wellness rooms, phone booths, and conference rooms are fully stocked, neat, and organized.
- Coordinate all training room, all-hands, and other large bookable space calendars for team and employee requests via Robin.
- Host team lunches and events at the office under the direction of the Director of Corporate Services.
- Be in the San Jose office and available to the team Monday through Friday.
- Maintain the facilities applications for the offices; Robin, Jamboard, AppleTV, etc.
- Maintain good working relationships with all department partners and work cross functionally/geographically with internal teams, facilities suppliers and external vendors at Panzura.
- Assist Director of Corporate Services as needed with special projects.
