WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Rental Coordinator, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that serves as our customer primary point of contact and ensures our customers have a great experience when renting equipment from Pape’. Every day, you will be responsible for managing inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in business, providing outstanding customer service, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests, general maintenance and repair to equipment, able to troubleshoot any problems that may arise with the equipment, and more! To thrive in this role, you must be a detail person, enjoy working at a fast pace, and have a winning attitude.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Basic mechanical skills.
Starting Compensation: $23-25/hr (Depending on Experience)
