Pie Investments is a franchisee of Papa Johns within the Philadelphia & New Jersey Market. We are looking to recruit a Facility Maintenance Tech for our Restaurant portfolio, we own and operate close to 45 Papa John's restaurants within the Philadelphia DMA.
Qualifications

MUST be Certified to handle FREON (*Candidates without this required experience cannot be considered)

Minimum of 3 years' experience with HVAC troubleshooting

Candidate MUST be easily commutable to Philadelphia & North/South Jersey

Available to work overtime, evenings, and rotating on-call weekends

Valid driver's license, clean driving record

Previous Restaurant Equipments troubleshooting experience (Middle-by-Marshall oven experience would be plus)

Supports facility maintenance in our Papa John's restaurants in Northern/Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, including maintenance of both the restaurant facility and equipments.
The Technician assists management in maintaining interior and exterior restaurant equipment. The cleanliness, preventive maintenance and repair of our equipment is a vital necessity to running our business and the maintenance technician is responsible for these tasks. As a member of the Maintenance Team, our organization will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician assists management in maintaining interior and exterior restaurant equipment

The cleanliness, preventive maintenance and repair of our equipment is a vital necessity to running our business and the maintenance technician is responsible for these tasks

Clean Exhaust units and roof of debris

Cleaning of HVAC and refrigeration equipment and conducting preventive maintenance tasks on such equipment

Minor electrical tasks

Some plumbing tasks

You may be called in to work outside of your regular working hours, if an emergency arises that effects the safety and security or our employees and our customers

Building repairs such as floor tile work and ceiling tile replacement, etc
