Job Summary
This position is responsible for daily credit card reconciliation and analyses of domestic online transactions and all aspects of research and follow-up related to the reconciliation process. The Accountant will manage the online setup of pending restaurants,, new restaurants, and transferred restaurants. The Accountant also works with the online team and any other group within the organization with credit card testing and resolving any other issues, either instore or online related. This position will also serve as the franchise contact and intermediary to BAMS on credit card questions, setup issues, settlements, etc. This position will be a core team member for selection and implementation of our merchant processing platform.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze daily Fiduciary online credit card reconciliation within ReconNET software and resolve any online issues
Research and resolve any credit card outages, both instore and online, found via the ReconNET software.
Serve as franchise contact for questions, setup issues, settlement issues, etc.
Coordinate with merchant to ensure new and transferred restaurants are set up timely and accurately in our online system.
Perform End to End System testing and report any issues to the online and development team.
Perform various analyses on cash related accounts.
Assist with internal and external audit requests.
Perform various accounting functions within Cash Management.
