## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and experience in retail, particularly in quick service food industry.
## Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and decision-making. Assist with dough production and prep. There may be days where you could also work at the Mukwonago store as well but this is mainly for Burlington.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Support store management in achieving sales targets and profitability goals
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking products as needed
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in quick service food
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficiency in retail math for managing cash transactions and inventory
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer situations

Our employees earn tips as well which are normally an additional $2.50-$4.00/hr.
