About the role:
We’re looking for our first Growth Marketer to join our growing Marketing Team at Parabola. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in building out Parabola’s repeatable GTM motion. Working alongside our Sales, Customer Success and Product teams, you’ll be laser focused on growing top-of-funnel, optimizing lead acquisition and catalyzing pipeline creation. Ultimately, this hire will wear many hats and scope will range from PLG and Demand Generation to Marketing Ops and Content.
What you’ll be doing:
- Launch multichannel, segmented campaigns to drive awareness and demand generation among our ICP (across Paid, Content, Website, Field, Outbound, etc).
- Stand up our “account-based” motion and playbooks (in tandem with the Sales team), leveraging 3rd party data for hyper-specific messaging.
- Drive marketing and revenue operations excellence by partnering with and managing our 3rd party agency (Hubspot, SFDC, Clearbit, Intercom, Webflow, Apollo, Outreach).
- Empower the team with full-funnel data-driven reporting, helping us rapidly test and validate tactics, messaging and channel fit.
- Power our lead acquisition motion through content creation, PLG tactics, data operationalization and more.
What (we think) you’ll need to do it:
- 3-6 years relevant experience in marketing, growth or other related roles at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience working in or managing various growth marketing functions (Paid, Content, Outbound, Field, Website CRO, PLG, RevOps, etc).
- You’re inherently an intellectually curious self-starter who is passionate about growth and energized by fast-paced environments.
- You have a broad skillset, ranging from data analysis, to a strong writing skillset, to creative campaign ideation.
- Early stage startup experience.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in hyper-growth orgs with a PLG motion.
- Experience in the Freight, Logistics, Ecommerce, Retail, and/or Supply Chain spaces is a huge plus.
- Experience standing up, and validating, GTM motions/channels from the ground-up.
OTE Range: $130,000 - $170,000
This OTE range represents the minimum and maximum for this role based in San Francisco and New York. The OTE given for this position is dependent on multiple factors, including years of experience, interview performance and anticipated responsibilities of the role. Our OTE is one component of Parabola’s competitive total package, which also includes equity and premium health and wellness benefits.
Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
