Position: Catering Manager
Joseph’s Catering Managers are responsible for assuring quality in the preparation and packaging of products, accuracy of orders, availability of ingredients and supplies, kitchen efficiency, and the safety of the staff.
Routine Tasks:
- Taking and properly entering customer catering orders by discussing menu choices and associated costs with customers.
-Review upcoming catering orders and creating a schedule for deliveries when needed.
-Dispatch order details to corresponding departments
-Order supplies for upcoming orders
-Guide and train staff in the preparation of orders
-Perform final check on all orders
-Ensures customer service from all associates is up to the Joseph’s standard
-Maintains Joseph’s standards for cleanliness and organization
-Assists with other tasks as assigned
