Working under the supervision of the Housekeeping Leadership Team, the Housekeeper’s mission is to provide a clean and healthy living and work environment.

Job responsibilities include:

· Maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment

· Perform duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.

· Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition.

· Monitor and report safety hazards, inoperable equipment, and changes of resident conditions.

· Maintain a positive person-centered customer service approach to each individual serviced.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Exceptional interpersonal skills

· Verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent working knowledge of proper cleaning methods

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work in varied settings, with a variety of people, temperatures, and climates.
