Schedule: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.

Compensation: $18/hr tips, Part-time

The Sports Complex Hospitality/Concessions Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences at the various hospitality services within the facility. This includes operating the concessions, beverage carts, events, and other related functions.

Sports Complex Hospitality/Concessions Attendant Essential Job Duties

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepares and serves concession stand/beverage cart items.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
• Maintain clean, orderly, stocked concessions stand/beverage cart.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as wiping counters, sanitizing equipment, and disposing of trash.
• Enforce health and safety rules.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Operate attractions and support other entertainment including but not limited to The Spider Jump attraction and movie nights.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with good listening skills.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and implement complex policies and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.

Experience and Education Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality/food service/concessions customer service preferred.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• May involve frequent bending, moving, lifting, and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to comfortably stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in all extremes of weather conditions.
• May be exposed to high noise levels and require wearing hearing protection.
