Chief of Staff Role:
We are looking to hire a Chief of Staff to lead the execution of strategic initiatives. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for cross-functional efforts while leveraging their operational and organizational experience to enhance the effectiveness of the firm. In addition, the Chief of Staff will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring internal operating activities to ensure timely completion of key deliverables and strategic projects. We are looking for a candidate who wants to be in the role long-term and will offer a significant amount of upward mobility for a successful professional.

We are a leading alternative asset manager focused on esoteric assets and providing liquidity solutions for private equity vehicles, co-investors and management team members. The firm is focused on an attractive niche investment market that provides uncorrelated returns and robust performance through economic down cycles.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives. Understand the firm’s strategic goals & objectives and develop detailed roadmaps for how to achieve these goals.
- Project Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives, coordinating efforts across different teams. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Work cross-functionally across capital raising, sourcing, underwriting, asset management, finance, and business administration to connect work streams and team members, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and clear on key priorities.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive team, internal departments, and external stakeholders. Draft and review communications on behalf of the executive leadership.
- Business Development and Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, investors and industry professionals.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for operational improvement within the firm. Implement processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
- Due Diligence Support: Assist in due diligence processes for potential investments. Collaborate with deal teams to gather and analyze information critical to investment decisions.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership to administrative and support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Plan and organize activities and events to build team cohesion and drive collaboration.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze relevant data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, and / or business operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience managing multiple projects under tight timelines and shifting priorities
- Familiarity with private investment firms
- Demonstrated track record of building consensus, driving towards clarity, and executing with excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Compensation:
