Billing Coordinator
Job Posting for Billing Coordinator at Paramount Senior Living
Paramount Health Resources is seeking a Billing Coordinator.
This role will be primarily responsible for managing the customer billing process as well as managing accounts payable processing for multiple senior living facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate monthly customer invoices for multiple senior living properties
- Prepare and review accounts receivable aging reports
- Communicate with line of business team members regarding collection of outstanding accounts
- Post cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts
- Establish and maintain clients / vendors in the general ledger accounting system
- Enter vendor invoices with accuracy and process timely for payment
- Maintain accurate vendor records
EDUCATION
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business-related field preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- 2 years of billing / accounts payable experience
- Experience with a general ledger accounting system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Word
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
- Working experience with Sage Intacct
- Willingness to take on additional duties as the organization expands
