Overview and Responsibilities:
We are looking to add a Digital Account Executive to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining, building and exceeding advertising revenue goals for the Paramount digital portfolio. Successful candidates will also demonstrate an ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment to achieve results, despite obstacles.
They will set and own territory sales agenda including the following:
Lead a territory and sales quota
Develop account and territory strategies for long-term development and revenue growth
Generate new sales leads
Act as a business specialist on behalf of your clients- strategically developing digital and mixed media solutions to suit their objective
Establish and cultivate relationships with clients by conducting a large quantity of face-to-face calls
Prioritize and lead to ensure proper account management both internally and externally.
Collaborate with centers of excellence to develop strategic roadmaps and generate revenue across the portfolio
Establish oneself as an inspiring leader within the digital community and evangelize Paramount's unique positioning within the marketplace
Ability to stay ahead of the curve on marketplace trends relating to their clients as well as the digital industry
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years exemplary advertising interactive sales experience
BS/BA degree, or equivalent training and experience
Additional Qualifications:
Sales professional with a daring spirit who thrives in a team, goal-oriented environment
Have a strong desire to win and grow as digital ad sales professional
Exemplary communication and organizational skills
Well-developed presentation skills
Ability to adjust to stress well, and juggle multiple account challenges at once
Must be detail oriented
Fluent in Microsoft Suite, G Suite and Salesforce
