Overview:
The Search & Shopping team connects advertisers with new and existing customers on a global scale through our search syndication partnerships. We are looking for a seasoned search marketer to drive business growth through implementing digital marketing campaigns as well as maintaining relationships with media partners.

Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize large-scale paid search (PPC) campaigns in Google and Microsoft Ads across a variety of verticals to meet revenue and ROAS targets. Implement processes to improve performance of SEM campaigns including account structure, bid strategy, ad copy, and keyword expansion.
Manage other online direct-response, ROI-driven marketing campaigns on paid social, display, content recommendation units, etc. Lead ideation of test & learn framework for marketing channels.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills in measuring and reporting on marketing programs and KPIs.
Collaborate with our engineering team to continuously improve landing page features and enhance site monetization across our digital properties.
Develop positive relationships with external media partners and vendors. Strategize to drive the program forward while providing clear direction and feedback.
Monitor activities of competitors and provide industry trends and findings.
Forecast ongoing performance based on history, market behavior and future opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
At least 5 years of experience with paid search required, preferably with large keyword sets ( >1 million).
2 years of experience with managing high-volume performance marketing campaigns on display, social and native networks (GDN, FB, Outbrain and Taboola).
Agency account or client experience.
Deep expertise with optimizing to ROAS and/or CPA buy-side KPI’s.
Advanced analytical and data visualization skills (Google Analytics, Omniture, Excel, Google sheets, etc.)

Additional Qualifications:
Exceptional communicator (written and oral) with the ability to build positive relationships!
Excels in a dynamic, data-driven, metrics oriented environment.
High energy, low ego. Works with colleagues and peers in a professional and collaborative style!
Strong project management skills.
Experience with managing direct reports preferred.
Google AdWords/Bing Ads certification preferred.
Familiarity with search arbitrage strongly preferred.
