Overview and Responsibilities:
The Yield Strategy Team supports Paramount Global’s mission of establishing itself as the industry-leading provider of premium inventory in the advertising community by supplying strategic revenue insights and growth recommendations to the company’s leadership.

Our team is passionate about forecasting and tracking the business' quarterly and annual digital revenue targets across properties and platforms, optimizing revenue attainment with cross-functional teams, communicating detailed and practical insights to key collaborators including Finance and building efficient, robust, and flexible data insights to support this mission.

The Yield Analyst will support the team and company mission by applying a growing expertise in the digital advertising landscape to assemble data, analyze, forecast, and ultimately make recommendations to optimize revenue operations. The successful candidate is motivated to interpret and clarify complex data in a dynamic business context to improve overall revenue yield. This position can be fully remote.

Navigate delivery of key analytics and reporting workflows
Monitor and analyze advertising revenue data from core business lines across the digital portfolio
Identify performance trends in key revenue metrics to proactively generate benefit insights and recommendations
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and Brand leadership teams to improve yield and optimize revenue performance
Build on the existing data infrastructure and develop new reporting tools/processes to keep pace with a dynamic business
Support the forecasting and budgeting process
Help solve revenue-related challenges by combining a natural curiosity and can-do energy with a detailed understanding of how the business generates revenue Basic Qualifications:
Data analytics experience (SQL, Tableau, Data Studio, etc), with the ability to use revenue data to tell a story and generate useful insights for the sales and partnerships teams
Experience in clearly communicating complex ideas to peers and senior leadership Additional Qualifications:
Demonstrable curiosity about developing a career in digital advertising yield management and analytics
Advanced Microsoft Excel data skills: (Pivot tables, data modeling, etc)
Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative subject area preferred
Experience in Revenue Operations, Pricing Analytics, Digital Sales or Yield Management or another quantitative field preferred
