Are you passionate about outdoor activities, promoting healthy living, and engaging with your community? ParBike is looking for a ParBike Ambassador to join our team in The Villages, Florida. As a ParBike Ambassador, you will have the unique opportunity to promote our innovative 4-wheel side-by-side tandem bikes and help bring the joy of ParBiking to residents in The Villages and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Promote ParBike: Ride the ParBike around The Villages and engage with residents to showcase the benefits and fun of riding a ParBike.
• Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell ParBike experiences and products to interested individuals. Encourage trial rides and inform potential customers about the benefits of riding a ParBike.
• Social Media Engagement: Maintain and grow a strong social media presence to share your ParBike experiences and generate excitement within the community.
• Community Engagement: Attend local events, community gatherings, and other opportunities to promote ParBike. Develop positive relationships with residents and community organizations.
• Small Repairs: Be capable of making minor repairs or adjustments to ParBikes if needed to ensure a smooth and safe experience for riders.
• Storage: Provide a secure storage space for the ParBike when not in use.
• Ownership Opportunity: Work towards earning a ParBike Sport with a motor through your sales and promotional efforts. Commissions will be part of your compensation package.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for promoting outdoor activities.
• Strong social media presence or the ability to effectively spread the word about ParBikes within The Villages community.
• Ability to ride a 4-wheel bike safely and confidently.
• Storage space available for the ParBike when not in use.
• Capable of making small repairs or adjustments to the ParBike.
• Must be a resident of The Villages, FL.

Compensation:

The ParBike Ambassador position offers a monthly pay with additional commission opportunities based on your sales performance. The role also provides the unique opportunity to earn your very own ParBike Sport with a motor through your successful promotion efforts.
