Administrative Office Assistant
We are currently seeking an Administrative Office Assistant who can provide exceptional clerical support to ensure that all patients receive top-notch and efficient care. Responsibilities
- Supporting the hiring process, including posting of positions, communication with candidates, related paperwork, reference checks, back ground checks, and credential verification.
- Maintaining Employee files
- Assist with clerical/scheduling activities that facilitate Agency operations
- Identifying the needs of the clients and assigning appropriate staff to meet the clients needs
- Assist with intake process for new home care clients, including gathering necessary information, verifying insurance coverage, and scheduling the initial assessment
- Answers, screens and forwards any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Perform all other duties that are assigned by owners/ director
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional organizations skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize task
- Home care experience preferred, but will train the right person
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
