Position Purpose:
The Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA) is responsible for the following:
- Supports the Clinical Research Director (CRD) and other clinical operations team with running reports,
Organizational Relationships:
- Reports to PXL assigned Line Management with day-to-day direction from Client. Refer to Organizational Chart for details regarding assigned role and associated reporting structure.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Distributes and tracks of safety reports
- Prepares, updates, records, collates, distributes, archives, and disposes paper & e-documents
- Creates and maintains various reports and trackers
- Performs data entry into various databases/applications
- Manages meetings/logistics, payments, and document archives
- Completes training assigned by Client and/or EP, as necessary, including general training
- Adheres to EP and Client SOPs and processes.
Education and Certification:
- Undergraduate degree or relevant experience - at the discretion of the CRD
Skills and Experience:
- 1 year experience in relevant administration (depending on the tasks required).
