What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Product Management Salesforce Platform position at Parexel?
The Salesforce Platform Business Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact with our Commercial stakeholders and will also oversee our Contract management platform integrated with Salesforce that supports all business units. The person in this role has the overarching responsibility for providing IT strategic direction, vision, and roadmaps developed through business partnership. The Business Relationship Manager will consider all aspects of providing technical services and support working across IT teams. S/he represents the combined vision and quality of the service provided to business partners working within a matrixed organization.
Qualifications
Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years in a business partner role
- 7 years of Salesforce experience (certifications are a plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Business facing and relationship management experience in Commercial operations for multi-national organization providing professional services.
- Experience working with cross functional teams in the successful completion of assigned deliverables
- Experience of managing large and complex programs/projects in a dynamic and technical environment
- Experience in technology/software, project management, quality management, planning, customer service, and process improvement
- Engaged with operations and project management lifecycle processes, procedures and tools
- Lead and presented technical information in face-to-face presentations to varied audiences, including senior management
- Experience in working business process issues and implementing IT solutions
- 5 years of experience managing 10 employees
- 5 years of Salesforce development and/or architecture experience
- Knowledge of Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry
