Property Management Company is seeking a self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented individual to join our winning team as a Assistant Community Manager (Manufactured Housing Community). The successful candidate will work closely with the Community Management and Maintenance staff. Assistant Community Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve resident complaints
- Receive and enter payments into our property management system
- Prepare and deliver late notices and perform the legal filing process
- Walk through the community regularly to maintain relationships with residents
- Oversee efforts of maintenance staff and vendors
- Enforce and maintain community rules and regulations
Assistant Community Manager Required skills:
- Highly organized and disciplined
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to follow directions well
- Excellent communications skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft products
