As a CE Manager I - Paid Search for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, you will manage strategy development, campaign execution and analysis for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. The objective of this position is to develop search engine marketing and other content discovery channel plans to meet the goals of marketing and technology partners. You will be an expert in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads while also having working knowledge of YouTube and Amazon Search. You will report to the Customer Engagement Manager II – Paid Search.

Responsibilities :
- You will develop the strategy for assigned campaigns within several search and content discovery channels and ensure the success of all campaigns within assigned responsibility
- You will perform daily Paid Search campaign management (campaign launches, budget management, bid management, reporting and multivariate testing) to promote traffic and conversion results
- You will work with our teams, search engine partners and media partners
- You will develop presentations and present results, insights, important insights to our executives and other partners
- You will lead the analysis and presentation of data for ad copy, landing page and beta testing projects with the ability to find conclusions and relevant next steps from results
- You will keep current on the Search & Programmatic Media industry and propose and build new ideas to further enhance campaign tactics
Basic Qualifications :
- You have 3 years' experience in Paid Search (PPC) and managing search engine marketing campaigns for a high volume consumer website
- You have excellent working knowledge of streaming video tactics
- You have data analysis experience and can interpret results into applicable items
- You have communicative abilities and work well with teams to improve efficiency and exceed goals
- You have excellent knowledge in the following interfaces and tools: Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, Microsoft Ads Editor, Adobe Analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using third-party bid management tools such as Adobe Media Optimizer, Kenshoo or Marin
- Experience working on e-commerce And lead generation campaigns
- Experience with SQL and relational databases such as MSSQL or MySQL
- Experience with Amazon Search advertising
