The Manager, Training & Integration will lead strategic delivery and project management of training for Emerging Business sales operations. You will create and facilitate training content, collaboration with global partners, integration of training at all sites and overall project management of training delivery. You will have a broad scope of responsibilities. You will lead through partnership, influence, and consultation. Will create evaluation strategies and measure success that align with business metrics. You will report directly to the Site Sales director.

Responsibilities :
- Lead project integrator responsible for designing and managing multiple programs, creating and monitoring project plans, delivering content, and ensuring the goals/outcomes meet needs
- Lead Facilitators (direct reports or vendor), set our strategy, and inspire a team
- Manage peer and partner relationships directly, often times at the senior management or executive levels, to lead project deliverables
- Consult and influence partners on training strategy
- In partnership with peers intake training requests, analyze needs, consult on solutions, and prioritize and lead projects
- Evaluate effectiveness of training and integrate solutions
- Work in partnership with legal/compliance Executives
Basic Qualifications :
- 5 years of Leadership experience
- 5 years of Project or Program Management experience
- Manage large scope / high complexity projects
- Experienced with communicating with leaders at all levels, influence, partnership, prioritization, and change leadership
- Have essential soft skills important to the role, including: Leadership, Communication, Collaboration, and Conflict Resolution
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, facilitation, and instructional design
- Experience with prioritization and change leadership
- Knowledge in quickly learning and applying technology tools
- Initiative to take action to resolve issues, accomplish tasks, and improve efficiency
- Experience maintaining confidential information
- Ability and flexibility to work at home or on property
- Have a flexible schedule to support needs across time zones
