This part-time position requires working evening and weekend hours. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering the phones, and assisting our clients with their needs or questions.

Responsibilties :
- Smile! Smile! Smile!
- Answer phones and greet clients
- Ask the client qualifying questions to uncover needs and directs calls appropriately
- Ensures that Sales team receives messages promptly
- Concierge, assuring client guest lounges are neat and fully stocked with beverages and snacks
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- 6-12 months previous work experience (preferred)
- Hospitality Experience make good candidates for this position
- Willing to be a team player!
