This position is primarily for outpatient pediatrics.
Education
Licensure / Certification
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Indiana as a physical therapist. If eligible for licensure , must obtain license within 3 months of employment.
Must be certified in CPR by American Heart; or must become certified within 90 days of employment. Must maintain certification according to expiration date.
American Physical Therapy Association membership preferred.
