As a CNA Scheduler (i.e., Clinical Resource Coordinator - Staffing and Central Supply), you will be responsible for maintaining the center's master schedule, ensuring compliance with required staff per patient per day ratios (PPD). You will organize and create monthly work schedules for staff, find coverage for planned time off requests and call-outs, track and report agency staff hours, collect and report timecards and payroll corrections to Human Resources, and report open positions to HR for Recruiting purposes. This role will also manage central supplies, including the ordering, distributing and tracking of inventory. Qualifications:
- Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of Florida required.
- Prior CNA experience in long-term care setting required.
- Prior experience in an office or administrative setting where multitasking and staying organized at a fast pace was required.
- Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer and Online and Computer-Based Applications (such as MicroSoft Windows, Email, Spreadsheets, Kronos, PrimeView, and Point-Click-Care)
- Must be proficient in typing and 10-key and knowledge of On-Shift is a plus.
- Must have a can-do attitude with prerogative to lead, take charge, and provide direction to others, as well as work with minimal supervision.
