Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, educating them about different cannabis products, and ensuring a positive and safe experience at our dispensary.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide accurate information about various cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and other products

- Help customers make informed decisions based on their preferences and needs

- Upsell products to increase sales and enhance the customer experience

- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

- Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing products

- Educate customers on proper usage and dosage

- Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary

Experience/Skills:

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a cannabis dispensary or related industry

- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures

- Knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred

- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Understanding of technical sales concepts and ability to explain them to customers

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
