What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Operations Manager position at Parkway?
The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of owned and managed parking facilities within the area by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers. Handles unplanned Facility Emergencies (On-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week).
Duties Include:
- overseeing parking operations at select locations under their own directive as well as those under subordinate manager
Qualifications:
- Five to seven years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- An understanding of Accounting principles
- Previous Profit and Loss responsibilities
- Business development experience
- Driver's License
- Personally owned and insured vehicle
Preferred:
- Business degree
- Certified Parking Professional (CPP)
