Attention! THIS IS A 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM SHIFT!
Welcoming the much anticipated Parlor Doughnuts to Knoxville, TN! We are a craft doughnut and coffee shop offering an array of unique bakery items, including our original layered doughnuts; vegan, gluten-friendly, and keto-friendly products; artisanal breakfasts; and specialty coffee. Our goal is to efficiently deliver a superior product, at a moderate price, with exceptional service, in a comfortable setting. WE ARE NOW OPEN! We will be hiring for all positions (Front of House, Barista, Back of House, Dough Prep, Fryers & Managers).
Pay Range: The pay will range from $13 to $17/hour Tips! (4:00AM shifts will be paid more!)

Job Description/Responsibilities/Skills:
- Prepare and fry a variety of donuts following established recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with customer service, including taking orders and serving donuts
- Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures
- Utilize Toast POS system for order processing
- Ensure kitchen tools and equipment are sanitized regularly
- Support bussing duties as needed
To hand craft a quality layered doughnut from start to finish that meets or exceeds the Parlor standard. Den/Back of House workers are responsible for ensuring a full display of doughnuts, while meeting the needs of the customer:
- Prepare layered doughnuts from start to finish.
- Must keep a clean and organized workspace.
- Keep inventory, glazes, and toppings, full.
- Maintain fryers.
- Complete all daily tasks per Back of House Checklists
- Maintain dress code.
- Restock doughnuts as needed.
- Help Front of House when needed.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations and company standards
- Making sure the doughnut case and back of house in consistently prepped and stocked
- Base knowledge of the entire menu
Skills:
- Experience in food industry, preferably as a cook, baker, or similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety regulation and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication and teamwork skills are a must
- Leadership and Interpersonal skills
- Time management
