Responsibilities Duties:
- Deliver uncommon hospitality and excellent customer experience by guiding our guests through our extensive craft beer, cocktail, and Craveably Crafted™ food menu
- Create positive first and lasting impressions by always putting the guest and their needs first, ultimately building loyalty in return guests
- Knowledgeable about current promotions and menu items
- Provide timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service to ensure our guests feel valued and well cared for during their dining experience
- Interact professionally with all guests and coworkers in a friendly and considerate manner
- Ensure restaurant is kept clean through great safety and sanitation practices throughout the shift and while completing opening and closing duties
- Ability to become a beer and menu expert who can recommend and have engaging conversations about all the items we serve
Qualifications Skills:
- Restaurant and Server experience preferred
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs. as needed
- Must have a courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
