What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Service and Process Performance Analyst SME to support a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) federal contract. The Service and Process Performance Analyst SME will be responsible for driving operational excellence through comprehensive service and process analysis, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This senior-level role requires a strong ability to identify inefficiencies, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), critical success factors, and performance metrics to track and improve operational performance.
What you will do as a Service and Process Performance Analyst SME:
- Conduct in-depth service and process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Develop, implement, and update KPIs, critical success factors, and performance metrics to measure and monitor operational performance.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to assess service and process efficiency.
- Design and reengineer processes to improve business operations and enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate processes to ensure optimal efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation and improvement by promoting best practices and continuous process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- US Citizen (the nature of our contract requires employees be US citizens)
- Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in identifying inefficiencies and developing KPIs to track and improve operational performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use advanced tools and methodologies for process improvement.
- Proficiency in process design and reengineering to improve operational effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and ensure organizational alignment.
