We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PG USA Investment Committee (PG USA IC) Secretary to join our Business Development team in Denver. This task includes ensuring availability of meeting materials and preparing agendas for the weekly PG USA IC meetings, as well as ensuring proper minuting, dissemination of information and documentation of PG USA IC decisions. Furthermore, the candidate will support Partners Group’s global investment decision-making processes out of the US, preparing packages and consolidating minutes for the weekly Global and Specialist IC meetings, and coordinating and training the assistants in Denver that contribute to this effort. The candidate will be the point of contact in the US for any questions from our US investment organization about investment committee process topics, and manage the effort to move the weekly operation of Partners Group's investment committees from Switzerland to Denver. The candidate will also support on minor projects and administrative tasks.
- Responsible for ensuring availability of meeting materials and preparing agendas, and collecting and consolidating the minutes prepared by PG USA IC.
- Responsible for documenting and ensuring proper dissemination of the decisions of the committee.
- Responsible for coordinating and training the pool of assistants in Denver who support the investment committee on a rotating basis. Perform regular quality controls of the work performed by the assistants and keep process documentation and education material up to date.
- Manage the effort to move the weekly operation of Partners Group’s investment committees from Switzerland to Denver. Thereafter, regularly assist the Global IC during meetings, and train others on doing so.
- Over time, support the team on minor projects such as building management information dashboards, digitizing aspects of the investment decision-making process, or preparing communication material.
- Responsible for upkeep of manuals and procedures relating to the processes of the PG USA IC as well as for those global investment decision making processes that are run out of the US.
- Assist with ancillary administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of work experience, preferably as an administrative assistant, paralegal, or in a comparable high-energy and fast-paced administrative position.
- A self-directed person with the ability to manage tasks effectively and complete them within demanding timelines. This is key given you will report to a person located in Europe.
- Willing to be accountable for areas of responsibility and flexible to take on new responsibilities and ad hoc tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate others across all levels of seniority.
- Motivated by continuously improving and streamlining daily tasks and procedures.
- Previous experience taking minutes and project management experience is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
