-Answering phones
-Inputting work orders into the scheduling software
-Contacting customers to schedule appointments
-Entering employees time to their individual timecards daily
- Assist with payroll commissions
-Assist in writing and sending invoices to customers
-Checking accounts payable receipts and monthly statements
-Calling customers to collect on past due invoices for payment
-Assisting managers with various daily tasks
-Prefer 2-3 years experience with a Administrative Assistant position
