Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Systems Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Oversee the daily operation of payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
HRIS Implementation:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new HRIS implementations or system upgrades.
- Work closely with vendors, IT, and HR teams to ensure successful deployment and integration.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
System Maintenance:
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with IT to manage system configurations, security settings, and user access.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
Payroll Reporting:
- Generate and distribute timely and accurate payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create custom reports and dashboards to support HR and management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration and Support:
- Provide technical support and guidance to HR team members and other users of the HRIS system.
- Liaise with payroll vendors and service providers to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRIS and payroll system management.
- Proven experience leading HRIS implementations and system upgrades.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- HRIS certification (e.g., HRIP) is a plus.
