Property Accountant

Large, well established, local property management company seeks a detail-oriented, reliable, professional to handle accounting duties for a designated group of properties. Great work environment and team oriented. Proven work experience and MS Office required. Competitive salary and benefits. Credit and criminal background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities include:

· Resident Receivables and Miscellaneous Receivables

· Resident Charges

· Accounts Payable

· Processing reserve requests

· Reconciling bank statements

· Interacting with Property Managers and Directors on the above

· Interacting with Site Managers and Maintenance Caretakers on the above

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Greensboro. This position is an in-office position.
