Parts Specialist

Elite Powersports is looking for a full time highly motivated and experienced Part & Accessories Sales Specialist.

Candidate must have motorcycle experience and the ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Position requires a strong knowledge of the motorcycle parts market and the ability to research all parts and accessories.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and further information
• Pull and fill orders from stock
• Receive payment from retail customers
• Keep front counter areas clean and uncluttered
• Restock parts and accessories
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Positive attitude and enjoy working with the public
• Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Motorcycle background and the understanding of all parts related
• Experience with a point of sale system
• Powersports enthusiast preferred
• Sound judgement and decision making ability
• Strong selling skills
• Great with people

• Motorcycle License Required
