What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate position at Party! Party!?
NEED EMPLOYEES WITH RETAIL/CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!
An average workday would include:
-Ringing up customers at the register
-Blowing up balloons (IMPORTANT)
-Maintain store as needed
-Restock items daily
-Putting loose items back into their original places
Employees will need to be trained to blow up balloons as it is an extremely large part of the business. Training sessions are PAID.
Responsibilities:
- Able to blow up and arrange balloons
- Ability to maintain professionalism when handling customers
- Basic understanding of party supplies (ex: banners, balloons, etc)
- Work efficiently under busy circumstances.
- Have strong verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
