Pasek Security Company, a DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire an Administrative Support Representative to join our team! You will assist with various departmental functions, including safety follow up with technicians and service ticket entry. We are seeking candidates with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Candidates with experience in customer service, billing, safety, and other administrative roles typically excel in this position..

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily safety follow up with technicians.
  • Service ticket entry.
  • Expense reports for technicians.
  • Assisting other administrative representatives.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Other duties may be assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Two or more years of administrative, customer service, or billing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
