About us:
At Passerine, we are excited to bring a high-level Indian dining experience to NYC. Opening at the end of October, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional food and service, inspired by the Michelin-starred vision of our talented Chef Chetan, who earned accolades in DC last year. Our goal is to create a memorable dining experience that reflects the rich flavors and traditions of Indian cuisine while aiming for a Michelin star in our new home.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Help prepare cocktails and assist with drink orders during busy service periods.
- Clear and clean glassware and bar equipment to ensure a pristine environment.
- Communicate effectively with the bar team to support a seamless guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about mixology and beverage service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
