Your Role: Focus on Prospecting
As a Sales Executive, you'll focus heavily on prospecting and own the process of turning leads into customers.
- Create extensive lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
- Conduct phone calls, cold calls, meetings, and early engagement to convert leads into prospects.
- Diligently follow up with meaningful, professional, and timely touches
- Strategically build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Continuously assess opportunities and take decisive actions to achieve your sales goals.
- Work closely with operations teams to create proposals that align within divisions to best meet potential customers' needs
- Deliver engaging presentations that highlight the features, costs, and advantages of our services to captivate and convert prospects.
- Transition new customers to dedicated Client Relations and Operations Teams for ongoing service needs.
- Provide weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management. Maintain precise records on potential customers in Salesforce.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor movements to stay ahead.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Uncapped Earning Potential
As a 1099 Sales Executive, you'll receive a generous commission structure and $45K base. Projected first-year income based on minimum sales goals starts at $115K, with top earners consistently making $150K or more annually.
Requirements
Your most valuable tools for success are your drive and discipline. We are looking for a self-starter with a hunter mindset and exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. This is a "feet on the street" position, so you must live in the Atlanta area and be willing to work in the Marietta office frequently, especially as you're getting started.
- Experience: Five or more years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals, preferably in janitorial services.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications is a must; familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus.
