Northeast Home Loan is looking for a bright, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our organization as a TRID Assistant.

The right candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing the flow of mortgage applications, change of circumstance requests and closing requests within the disclosure team by validating new mortgage applications, uploading documents, and distributing information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor TRID in-Box throughout the day
  • Log in new applications, change of circumstance requests and closing requests and upload attached documents to the E-Doc Manager
  • Communicate with brokers, correspondents, and loan officers to acknowledge receipt of registrations and change of circumstance requests 
  • Performs verbal employment verifications prior to closing
  • Monitor Closing requests throughout the day

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be a team player and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
